01h2m Platform General Terms of Use

The h2m platform offers online betting entertainment services including Live Casino, video slots, table games, fish shooting, bingo, sports betting, and e-sports. All services are provided solely for entertainment and recreational purposes to eligible users in accordance with the conditions set out herein.

02Account Eligibility

03Account Registration & KYC Process

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the h2m platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name as per your identification document, an active email address, a valid mobile number, and accurate banking details. h2m reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal capability until verification is completed.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond h2m's control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform

10Terms and Conditions Amendments
